Handling time on most items is 1 business day, and our standard shipping is UPS Ground.
UPS Ground shipping requires a street delivery address. Unless other arrangements are made, we cannot ship to PO Boxes. We ship within the United States, Lower 48 States. If you're outside of that region, please call us at 510-784-1111 for a shipping quote.
Returns & Replacements:
If you're viewing this policy, we're guessing that something is wrong with your order, and that makes us sad. Bell Plastics stands by every product that we sell. If you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within seven business days to arrange an exchange or return. We request that the purchaser pay for return shipping except in case of the following: If the product is defective, damaged, or otherwise unsuitable, we will issue a call tag for return of the item within five business days of being notified. When we've received the item back in our warehouse, we refund your money. It's that simple.

You have multiple options for ordering and paying with Bell Plastics. You can order right here on our website! We use PayPal for payment fulfillment, ensuring that your information is safe and secure. Did you know? You can use your credit or debit card to pay through PayPal without creating a PayPal account! Or you can pay as a guest without logging into your account at all!
If you prefer not to order through PayPal, you can call us directly at 510-784-1111. We're here Monday- Friday, 8am - 5pm, PST, and we can accept Visa or Mastercard over the phone.

Gift Certificates:
We're so sorry. We don't currently offer gift certificates for our Bell Plastics store. That may change in the future, but for now, it's a feature that remains in our wishlist, and not in our reality.
